We provide Safety Training Courses, EUSR Courses, Streetworks Courses, Tool and Plant Operator Courses, and Assessing/IQA services.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment or an official purchase order is received. • You are responsible for ensuring all delegate information provided is correct. • Course availability is subject to change.
4. Cancellations and Transfers
• Cancellations must be made in writing. • Refunds or transfer options may be subject to admin fees depending on notice period. • Non-attendance without prior notice may result in the full course fee being charged.

8. Health and Safety
Delegates must comply with all safety instructions while attending our training courses. We reserve the right to remove any delegate who poses a risk to themselves or others.

We may need to alter course content, trainers, dates or locations. If significant changes occur, we will notify delegates promptly.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content and documentation remain the property of London & Kent Safety Training or our licensors. They may not be copied, distributed or reused without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
