Street Works Operative Re-Assessed Qualifications
Course Details
This course is relevant to operatives who have previously participated in the Street Works Operative Initial Qualifications course, and hold a current Street Works card. The Street Works Operative Re-Assessed Qualifications course must be passed before the card’s expiry date to continue working within the sector as certificated. Operatives now have 5 years from expiry to sit the refresher if for some reason they fail to renew at the time of expiry Upon completion, individuals will have updated knowledge of:
- The relevant health and safety legislation outlined in the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991
- All PPE and safety equipment necessary for the jobs in hand
- How best to conduct safety measures
- What documentation to refer to in relation to legislation
